The hamlet of Ste. Rita, located on PTH #15, is along the west boundary of the municipality. This small community has a population of 190. The businesses here are mostly forest product related. The Hazel Creek passes through the north side of Ste. Rita.
The Canadian National Railway is situated on the south side of Ste. Rita. The community club known as the Ste. Rita Friendly Hands Club hosts a number of events throughout the year. Once again for any medical needs, residents travel to Beausejour or Winnipeg.
For food supplies, people travel to Beausejour, Anola, Dugald, Oakbank and Winnipeg. Students are bussed to Anola, Dugald and Oakbank. The Springfield Fire Department provides fire protection for the residents in Ste. Rita.
